How does the Concierge Migration service work?

Here’s a summary of the steps:

  1. Contact us: Fill in the form at the top of the page to reach out. Our customer success team will help you with the next steps and schedule a 15-minute setup call.
  2. Intake form: After creating a SocialBee account and purchasing the Concierge Migration service, you’ll receive an intake form to fill out. This form will ask about your business and your goals to better tailor the service. 
  3. Profile connection: Connect all the profiles you want content migrated from to the SocialBee app. Our team will help you with this during the 15-minute setup call.
  4. Secure sharing: Share the credentials for the tool you are switching from securely using LastPass, ensuring web security is maintained.
  5. Content migration: We’ll migrate your existing content, posting schedule, RSS feeds, and shortlink provider settings from the connected profiles.
  6. Migration report: After the migration, you’ll receive a final report via email detailing the content migrated and noting any issues or specifics encountered during the process.
Is the Concierge Migration service mandatory?

No, it’s optional. You can perform the switch yourself using our convenient bulk-importing features. To learn more, read our help articles on importing content”

When will I know that you've started the migration?

Once you provide your credentials and connect your social media accounts to SocialBee, we will notify you by email when the migration begins.

Why do I need to connect my social media accounts to SocialBee?

To migrate content to our platform, we must link it to a social media account; otherwise, it cannot be added to SocialBee. We’ll set the migrated content to “not approved” status, ensuring that nothing is published until you have reviewed and approved the posts.

When will I know that the migration is complete?

We’ll notify you by email once the migration process is done.
