How to use SocialBee’s Instagram inbox
Getting started is quick and easy. Here’s how to organize your Instagram Business Profile interactions and stay on top of every DM, mention, and comment.
Step 1: Create a board
Click on Engage in the left-hand menu, then click + Add new board and give it a name. Lastly, click Save, and your Board is ready.
Step 2: Add a stream
Select your Board and click + Add new stream. Choose your Instagram Business Profile, then pick the types of interactions you want to include, such as DMs, mentions, or comments.
Step 3: Manage your conversations
Click on a DM, mention, or comment, type your message in the text box, format it with bold, italic, or strikethrough, add emojis if you like, and then click the paper airplane icon to send.

Turn on email notifications to get updates when new comments, mentions, or DMs arrive. You’ll never miss an important message from your audience.
