How to track Instagram metrics with SocialBee
1. Go to the Analytics tab
From the left-side menu in SocialBee, click on Analytics to access your Instagram metrics and insights.
2. Set your filters
Choose the time frame you want to analyze and select your Instagram Business Profile. This narrows down the data so you see the most relevant metrics.
3. Explore your dashboard
Navigate between Page Analytics, Post Analytics, Insights, Post History, and Export tabs.
4. Understand every Instagram metric
Hover over the info icon (ⓘ) next to any metric to get clear definitions of your Instagram insights. From post engagement to profile views, you’ll know exactly what the data means.
5. Act on your Instagram analytics
Apply what you learn to schedule posts at the best times, focus on engaging topics, and create content that drives more likes and comments.
6. Export branded PDF reports
Go to the Export tab, add your company logo and a description, select the metrics you want, and click Export to PDF. Perfect for sharing insights with your team or clients.
