What is a soft launch?
A soft launch is when a company quietly releases a product, service, or campaign to a small audience before going big with it. This lets them test things out, get feedback, and make any needed changes before the full launch. It’s basically a way to “test the waters” and work out any kinks.
For instance, a tech company might do a soft launch for a new app by only releasing it in a specific region or to a small group of users. This way, they can fix any bugs or improve features based on early feedback before a global release. Similarly, a restaurant might have a soft opening, inviting just friends or a limited group of customers to try the food before officially opening to everyone.
