Deletion Policy

Here at SocialBee Labs SRL, your privacy is a top priority. This policy provides you with information on how you can have your personal data deleted from our system.

Your Right to Data Deletion

As a user, you have the right to request the deletion of all your personal data held by us. If you wish to exercise this right, please send your request via email to success@socialbee.com. Upon receipt of your request, we will confirm your identity and proceed with the deletion process. Once everything’s deleted, we’ll email you to confirm that your data is no longer in our system.

Types of Data Eligible for Deletion

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, the following types of data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems:

1. Account information: This includes your user name, email address, contact information, and any other personal identifiers associated with your SocialBee account.

2. Social profiles: Any social media profiles that are connected to your SocialBee account will be unlinked and all associated data will be deleted.

3. Posts & schedules: All scheduled and historical posts that have been created and managed through your account will be permanently deleted.
