SocialBee Child Safety Standards Policy

At SocialBee, a WebPros brand, the safety of all our users is our highest priority, and we are committed to ensuring our platform is a safe and respectful space for everyone. In accordance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards, we have established the following policies to protect against child sexual abuse and exploitation and to comply with applicable child safety laws.

1.  Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. Any accounts found to be engaged in such activities will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities for further action.

2.  Published Standards Against CSAE

SocialBee strictly prohibits:

  • The sharing, solicitation, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • The use of the platform for grooming, exploitation, or any other behavior that endangers children.
  • Any content or communication that violates child protection laws.

3.  Reporting Mechanism

Users can report a profile or chat in the Help Center. From your profile, select “Help Center” and then “Send A Message”. Users should include the reason for the report and provide any other details that may help SocialBee monitor accounts for abuse of our platform. All reports related to CSAE are escalated to our law department for immediate review and action.

 4.  Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

When reports of CSAM are received, SocialBee:

  • Immediately removes the offending content and blocks the responsible account.
  • Reports the content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies to ensure swift action.

5.  Compliance with Child Safety Laws

SocialBee complies with all applicable child protection laws, including those governing:

  • The identification and reporting of child sexual exploitation.
  • Data privacy and security regulations to protect minors.

6.  Designated Point of Contact for Child Safety

SocialBee has established a designated point of contact to receive potential notifications about violative content found on our platform. This representative is:

  • Authorized to speak to company enforcement and review procedures.
  • Empowered to take immediate action when necessary.
  • Accessible to relevant stakeholders, including users and authorities, for communication and follow-up.

For inquiries, reports, or additional support related to child safety,  please email our designated contact at legal@webpros.com.

7.  User Awareness and Education

To ensure all users understand the importance of child safety,  SocialBee is developing further technology to flag instances of violent, illegal or harmful messages before they are reported by users.

8.  Policy Enforcement

Failure to comply with this policy may result in account suspension or removal, and in severe cases, reporting to law enforcement. SocialBee reserves the right to update this policy in line with changes to child safety standards and applicable laws.

9.  Immediate Action in Case of Danger

If you suspect a child is in immediate danger,  please contact local law enforcement immediately. If you come across any content that violates this policy, report it through the app or directly via email at legal@webpros.com.
